Spark Sciences Purchase Agreement

By purchasing products from Spark Sciences, you (“the Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement
   You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Purchases must be made by adults.

2. Adult Supervision Required
   You agree that all Spark Sciences experiment kits will be used only under direct adult supervision.
   These kits are educational tools and may contain small parts, chemicals, or equipment not suitable for unsupervised use by children.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
   You understand and accept that:

   • Science experiments involve inherent risks, including (but not limited to) minor injury, chemical reactions, or property damage.

   • Spark Sciences is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of any of its products.

   • The Customer and supervising adult assume full responsibility for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of all materials.

4. Use at Your Own Risk
   All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines included with each kit.
